Uses 64MHz clock for peripheral

Hello Team,

Could we control the 64MHz clock for some peripherals?
I know that it is controlling by the clock control system itself and no way to configure it by the user.
But I just want to get a confirmation before I answer it.

Actually, the customer wants to have a precise positioning system.
They already tested measuring the ToF running along with a 16MHz timer.
But, they couldn't get meaningful distance results between the devices due to there were jitters in multiple RF events.

So, the customer asks us whether they can use a 4 times faster clock from 16MHz in order to reduce the deviation.

Is there any way to use a 64MHz clock for the timer?
or Could you guide us on what kinds of solutions can be applied for customer applications that measuring distance?

Thanks,
Eugene
