Bluetooth SIG membership. Buying UUID 16bit

Hello. Our company develops an electronic device, that includes using of Bluetooth Low Energy technology. We do not familiar yet with the benefits of being a Member of Bluetooth SIG:
- is it a necessary condition to be a Member, while we use a BLE in our products?
- do we need to buy a Company Identifier and put it in the Advertising packet?
- do we need to buy a UUID 16-bit number if we implement in our devices own custom BLE profile (custom set of Services and Characteristics). And if it is necessary to buy a UUID - how many do we need it? 1 per each Attribute? Or will one be enough for the entire BLE profile?

And If I want to use 16bit UUID (With SIG UUID128 base) - I need to purchase it? Even If I'm a Member of SIG?
