Import the video file on the board from my laptop

If I want to import the video file on the board(nrf52840 DK) from my laptop, how can I do?

Hi,

The nRF52840 contains 1024kB of flash memory, which is no enough size to store such big files as video. Video files can range from 10MB for a one-minute video to a hundred MB or more for a longer video.
