After connecting nRF9160 DK v0.8.2 kit and connecting the terminal, I observed the following messages:

1. There was a failure when sending SMS: number=0829015567, text="SMS sample:testing". The sms_send returned err: 332
2. Despite the message "SMS sample is ready for receiving messages", none of my SMS messages sent to the number associated with the SIM card that I have placed in my nRF9160 DK was received by that unit.
3. I checked with my SIM card provider, who confirmed that my IoT SIM card supports SMS service.
4. I downloaded extra 200 MB of data to my SIM card.
5. As I am using NBIoT and not the LTE-M, I have added the following line to the prj.conf file for this sample: CONFIG_LTE_NETWORK_MODE_NBIOT=y
