Options for programming nrf9160 modem firmware

Hey!

I would like to use the nrfjprog executable from the nrf command line tools for flashing the nrf9160 modem firmware. I read some older tickets about this issue and it seems that ~1 year ago this wasn't possible and the Python interface was suggested instead. Has there been any developments that allow using the nrfjprog executable for this purpose? I would like to download the modem firmware package, possibly merge the hex files inside and then use the executable for flashing both the modem firmware and the application.

Hi,

Kindly check the 10.13.0 release notes of nRF command line tools . It says that (nrfjprog.exe) -- program can now be used perform modem firmware upgrade using debugger on nRF91 devices by passing the modem firmware .zip file as argument.
