Devic Firmware Update (DUF) Over Ble by nrf Toolbox

Hi,

     I have two sets of hardware, one is nrf52840 DK, and the other is my own board. I use the same program, update package and mobile phone. When using nrf52840 DK, the firmware update is normal, and when using my own board, NRF_ Toolbox reports GATT error. If I use the windows command to update, it reports the "device not found" error, in addition, during normal use, the Bluetooth function of my own board is good,  the connection and communication with the mobile phone are normal. I want to know is there something wrong ?
