FOTA for nRF52 devices using nRFConnect SDK (zephyr)

Hi,

I have nRF52840 DK, for nRF52 series devices. I switched from nRF52 SDK to nRFConnect SDK.

I reviewed

But I need clarification on

"There is currently no support for upgrading the bootloader (MCUboot) on nRF52 Series devices."

My understanding is OTA currently not support to update MCUBoot bootloader for nRF52 Devices, but FOTA is supported to update application firmware for nRF52 devices, such as nRF52840, nRF52833, etc.  Am I right?

Hello David!

Yes, that is right. The bootloader can not be updated over the air on the nRF52's, but the application can.
