nRF Command Line Tools can't install on macOS 10.15 - Apple cannot identify developer

I'm trying to install the nRF Command Line Tool on my MAC running macOS10.15.6.  However none of the avaiable version on the Nordic website will install.  Apple refuses the installation because it cannot identify the developer or whether the install software contains malware.  I've tried installing every version available but I always get a permutation of the same error message.  Is there a signed version of the nRF Command Line tools?
