Could you please help to fill which nRF9160 SIP revision fit for SDK?

Hi!

In the release notes for MFW 1.3.0:

nRF9160 engineering sample SIP versions are not supported. 

nRF9160 SIxA B0 version is supported only for R&D development purposes, not for production.

The MFW versions before this one should support all HW revisions of the nRF9160 SiP. 

Additionally, some operators have their own certification programs and have only certified the nRF9160 SiP on specific builds (see nRF9160 operator certifications). So there is also some limitation here, with regard to certification.
