   1、How can fast lte-m link have Ephemeris and Almanac?What is the principle?

 Ephemeris and Almanac can be downloaded with the use of A-GPS, making Time To First Fix(TTFF).  

Why provide current and neighbor cell information?What are  current and neighbor cell information used for?

 As an alternative to GPS. This is a different way to get position. 

What is LTE location services  mainly used for?

 Getting the location of a device without GPS or other means to find the location. 

What is the meaning of the part circled by the red line in the following picture？

 It providing a scenario with the listed topics, Idle ect...

Why can asset tracking be realized without GPS?

When using an alternative to GPS that still provides a good accuracy for the whereabouts of the device, the application is still able to provide the location.

Getting the location of a device without GPS,How do it get Ephemeris and Almanac in this way?

If GPS is not then there is no need for Ephemeris and Almanac.
