MNO certification for 1.6.1 ?

I was reviewing the MNO certifications, and I see that there have been no updates since 1.5.1.   

1) Is it acceptable to use 1.6.1 with AT&T?

2) Is certification planned?   When?

Yes, this is not updated yet. We are in the final process of updating the overview, and we expect to have an update in the next couple of weeks. 

1) Is it acceptable to use 1.6.1 with AT&T?

 For development purposes this should be fine, but not for production. 

2) Is certification planned?   When?

 Yes, see my initial response.
