   Will the use of MICRO ECC encryption in DFU involve copyright issues? 

   Are there copyright issues from a business point of view?

No, I don't believe the use of the micro-ecc library in DFU leads to any copyright issues.

But I will double-check this with our sales team for you.

Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.

So the only requirement is adding this somewhere in your documentation. 

Issue 93 might be relevant regarding patent issues, but you should have your own legal team look into it.
