nRF Connect SDK not working on xubuntu linux

I have a nRF52820-DK evaluation board which I am trying to develop on. I followed the manual install procedure on to my xubuntu Linux desktop. I followed these instructions "developer.nordicsemi.com/.../gs_installing.html". I installed and setup "arm_segger_embedded_studio_v560_linux_x64_nordic".

This error I get every time.

    Hi!

    Looks like it can't find the file "arm-none-eabi-gcc.exe" in the location /home/mykeb/gnuarmemb/bin. Please confirm that there is a file with this name located there. If not, try to find out where this file is located and change the variable names accordingly.
