Antenna efficiency in RX mode

To measure the antenna in band 20, you can send a carrier in the frequency range from 832-862 with the command "AT% XRFTEST = 1,1,20,8320,0,1,4".

To measure the antenna in the RX-band 791-821MHz it is not possible to send a carrier. 791 MHz works with "AT% XRFTEST = 1,1,14,7910,0,1,4" (band 14) but how does e.g., a carrier at 800 MHz?

Not entirely sure I understood correctly, but here is some answers maybe.

 When testing RX the receiver is being tested so the device is not transmitting. 


Have you tested:  AT% XRFTEST = 1,1,14,8000,0,1,4

• RX test %XRFTEST
  The Nordic-proprietary %XRFTEST command can be used to test the nRF91 receiver. The command enables the RF receiver and measures signal power at the SiP antenna port with a time domain power meter and returns the measurement result.v1.0.xv1.1.xv1.2.xv1.3.xpti_v1.1.x≥1
• TX test %XRFTEST
  The Nordic-proprietary %XRFTEST command can be used to enable the RF transmitter. The command also measures TX power with an internal measurement receiver in time domain and returns the measurement result.v1.0.xv1.1.xv1.2.xv1.3.xpti_v1.1.x≥1

Thank you, I know all that.
For the purpose of measuring the antenna, it would be good if you could transmit on any frequency. The frequencies are currently limited to the TX range of the band. So there is no possibility to send on e.g. 800MHz. Can you bypass this "lock"?

No, there is no bypass option. XRFTEST is limited to operational band frequencies. Not possible outside operational bands.
