TinyDTLS for the IoT SDK, CCM Mode Error

Heads up for anyone using the IoT SDK (currently 0.8.0). This SDK has the TinyDTLS-0.8.1 embedded in it... and I believe that there is a bug in the TinyDTLS CCM functions.

Specifically, the nonce is too long.

I've submitted a bug to upstream here.
