nRF9160 version 0.7 and 2.0 hardware configuration

We used NRF9160-SICA-B1A-R in our project. We have to choose the old version (NRF9160-SICA-R7) as NRF9160-SICA-B1A-R is out of stock.  the only difference, Some of the pins are NC in the old version and the pins connected  ground in the new version. Different configured Pins;  6,7,8,10,11,68,69.  Will this cause a problem?

How do you know its v0.7 ? From v1.0(first release) to v1.2 the ordering code was nRF9160-SICA-R7.

If you followed the layout guide for v2.0, then there are a couple of changes from the earlier version. 



Do you plan to just change the SiP and keep the same HW layout design `?
