LTE Sensor Gateway Connected to nRF Cloud but no Receiving Data

I successfully ran the asset tracker with the 9160DK and am able to receive all data correctly, certificates seem to be working, and everything works as mentioned in the asset tracker setup.  I then tried to run the LTE Sensor gateway and confirmed in Putty that I have successfully connected to the thingy52 and the LED3/4 also indicate that nRF cloud has connected to the device.  However all of the data fields on nRF cloud do not show any data and the program running is still listed as asset tracker.  Do I need to do something to update nRF cloud to get the data from LTE sensor gateway?  Or is something else possibly wrong?

Thanks

  • Hello Jake,

Or is something else possibly wrong?

Have you triggered an alarm that will send the data to the nRF Cloud, as described here?

Do I need to do something to update nRF cloud to get the data from LTE sensor gateway?

Otherwise, you should not need to perform any other steps. Which NCS and modem firmware version are you using currently?

Maybe it would be a good start if you could share a full application log starting from boot?

    Thanks and regards,

    Markus
