Classic Bluetooth, BLuetooth LE, ANT+, WLAN, ZigBee and WirelessHart are on the same shared frequency band. Just take care on the bandwith and the center frequency of chip antennas. Chip antenna with small bandwith will be offered with different resonat frequencies. The size of yoiur PCB, the type of the plastic of your enclosure, the thinkness of the plastic and the distance to the plastic enclosure will interfere with your antenna. More about this here: "Which embedded antenna to select for a Bluetooth / GNSS application?" http://www.gsm-modem.de/M2M/m2m-faq/embedded-antenna-bluetooth-gps-gnss/
