RSSI fluctuation. The RSSI values of the same location collected multiple times by mobile phone fluctuated greatly.

We find a Beaocn from other distributor  , it got very less fluctuations. RSSI table show below. 

• Test method: 10 RSSI were collected  from a hand-held mobile phone at the same position at an interval of 1 meter

Compared to our Beacon, our fluctuation is very large, between 5 and 10.

We want to know How is this done to improve our Beacons. I am anticipating your reply

Hello,

RSSI is expected to fluctuate a lot since it is subject to so many factors in the environment. 
To achieve more stable results and readings you will need to implement some filtering / processing of the received RSSI signals in the application layer, such as averaging over a given time, and/or discarding outliers, for example.
