There is a 10 ms delay when the nrf52840 module is first powered on. Why might this delay be caused?

On the nrf52840 module, when I first output to one of the GPIO pins when I load any softdevice ble_peripheral instance I have installed. 10 ms after the VDD pin is energized, it gives output to that pin. It is not normal for the processor on the nrf52840 to be turned on for such a long time, what could be the reason?

The startup time will depend on the VDD rise time and if pin reset is enabled:

If you also initialize the softdevice before using gpio, then the startup of the 32kHz LFCLK will also contribute to the startup time.
