Maximum distance get with nRF51822?

I would like to know, which is the maximun distance you can get with the maximun transmission power (4dBm).

It depends on the antenna and environment. You shouldn't bet on any more than 100 meters in an outdoor environment with PCB dipole antennas. Theoretically the maximum is slightly further than that, but if I were designing something I wouldn't plan on more than 10 meters to be honest.

For what it's worth, we're using a ceramic antenna and getting over 300' with a 51422 on our pcb. We elected not to use a trace antenna yet. Reference design is cook-book except for the antenna. :)
