Is there any guidance on zigBee OTA?  What are the similarities and differences between ZigBee OTA and BLE OTA?  Could you please tell me what I need to pay attention to during OTA?

Please check out our Zigbee OTA upgrade examples available in the nRF5 SDK. The Zigbee OTA Upgrade Client example specificly explains differences between the BLE DFU bootloader and the OTA Upgrade Cluster.
