nRF52840 ADC internal reference voltage (0.6V) accuracy at room temperature

Hi everyone,

what are the tolerances of the internal reference voltage of the ADC (0.6V) at room temperature?
I know the tolerances are included in the gain error and are specified at +-3% (gain = 1/5) with no remark regarding the temperature range. As the 3% tolerances are not acceptable for our application I was wondering if the tolerances specified at room temperature are lower.

At room temp, the tolerance of the reference voltage is +/- 0.2 %
