As soon as I plug in my nRF52840, the whole board gets extremely hot.
When I try to upload a program, the error message "No J-link device connected" pops up.
With another nRF52840 board I was able to verify that it is not a problem with the cable or the software.
I then tried a hard reset. This makes the LED turn off and temporarily stops the heating, but the device is still not detected and when I unplug it and then plug it in again the overheating starts again.
I assume there must be a short circuit somewhere. Nothing is connected to the board and last time something was connected, everything used to work fine.
Is there another way to reset/clean the board or is it just fried?
