Using asset tracker as base code, Using JIO NBIOT network is above log is correct  I am able to get some different value while running code on DK but on our custom board both value are -1, -1 is that correct?

Are you using the same SIM card/network operator on the custom board?

PSM is dependent on the network. Although the device requests PSM, the network might reject it. You can double-check if the network has allowed the device PSM using the +CEREG or %MONITOR AT command.
