NB-IOT frequency bands

We have a technical question please. As far as we know the NB-IOT services in Germany should use only Band 20 for operation, but we see in our lab tests that some transmission occurs in Band 8. Would you please clarify this point to us. This will help us to design our RF hardware correctly.
If the transmission at band 8 (at about 907 MHz) is not from NB-IOT, then do you have an idea about it is reason?

Have you confirmed with your network provider that NB-IoT only operates on band 20 in Germany?

I found this article (https://www.gsma.com/iot/mobile-iot-pilots-operator/deutsche-telekom/) stating that Deutsche Telekom rolls out NB-IoT on both band 8 and band 20.

You can use %XBANDLOCK to lock the bands that the device operates on, if this interference is an issue.
