Not able to use sd_softdevice_enable().

Hello,

I am working on nRF52840 custom board, in that, I was facing issues with sd_softdevice_enable().

When I call the sd_softdevice_enable() it's stuck. Not return from SVCALL(SD_SOFTDEVICE_ENABLE, uint32_t, sd_softdevice_enable(nrf_clock_lf_cfg_t const * p_clock_lf_cfg, nrf_fault_handler_t fault_handler));.

The same firmware working fine with other boards. Not able to understand what is wrong with this board.

Can you please provide any hints on how I can solve these issues?

Do you have external HFXO and LFXO crystals placed on the board?

What board are you comparing it to? The nRF52840 development kit?

Yes, we do have a development kit as well as working custom boards

but few custom boards have this issue

Hi,

If it's working on some custom boards but not others, and it's the same design. Then my guess is that something wasn't soldered correctly during the placement of the components. Have you checked that the crystals are soldered correctly?
