I want to experiment with recording observations of the beacons with raspberry pi's. Is there any precompiled firmware I can install on the nRF51822 smart beacon kit tag, that can be used to poll uuid, rssi and maybe temperature from the chip ? Does the shipped tag come preinstalled with some software ? I do not have the nRF51 development kit board.
