Error timeout code 4 (EXECUTE), with DFU

Hello, 

I am running 1\nRF5_SDK_17.1.0_ddde560\examples\dfu\secure_bootloader\pca10040_s132_ble\ses example of SDK 17.1.0, without any change in the code. When I use nrfConnect to update an application skip this error. 

Has anyone an idea, how to solve this problem?

Finally, I change the map memory of DFU, and the application update without any problem.
