could nRF53 wake up from system off mode with a timer?

I'm using nRF53 DK on zephyr v1.6.1.
I'm now testing the power-saving mode.
I tested the system-off example  "v1.6.1/zephyr/samples/boards/nrf/system_off" and it works like expected with different power modes.

In the system-off sample, the wake-up from the system-off mode is done with BUTTON1, but I would like to wake up from the system-off with a timer (like the nRF52 module).

Is there any way to wake up the nRF53  from system-off mode with TIMER ?

Hi Youssef,

Unfortunately, the chip is powered down in System OFF mode. This means that resources such as clocks and timers will not be available. Please reffer to the System OFF mode section of the PS for more details.
