Unable to use nrfconnect SDK with VSCode on Linux

Build fails with the following error when trying to create a new project in VS Code.

I can build projects from the terminal, but not from vscode.

  • When creating a new project, what should i set the "nRF Connect Toolchain" to? By default it is set to "PATH" is this correct (the nrfjprog binary is available in my path). What is this nRF connect toolchain in the first place? is that the ncs thing i downloaded or is it the "zephyr-sdk-0.13.1"
