ble_app_uart not working after using my own UUID.

Hi,

I tried to change my UUID in the BLE_APP_UART program.

After changing I am not able to connect my NRF UART app with my device.

How do I solve this?

Hi,

The nRF UART app is deprecated and no longer supported. Please use nRF Connect for Mobile or nRF Toolbox App instead.

The app is looking for devices advertising the Nordic UART service, so it will not work if you change the UUID. I would recommend checking out our Testing with a mobile device guide, to see how to use the nRF Connect app for testing.
