nRF Cloud does not allow to add new devices (account input field missing)

I cannot add new devices on the nRF Cloud anymore.

Device definition missing on accout screen

After (intensive) trials with the cloud the Account screen changed and the relevant input fields are missing.

Therefore I cannot download any JSON files for provisioning anymore.

It also seems that already working devices are skipped when subscribing to the d2c.
