J-Link can not read ?

Hi there,

I want to read the memory from nRF52840,

but J-Link showed me, J-Link is defective, how can I rectify it ?

It's from 2018 J- Link ,

Have you tried a different jlink? For instance the jlink on our nRF52-DK?

Make sure to check it's authentic jlink programmers, there are clones out there.

J-link in nRF52-DK works very well, can it be used for external chip ?
