windows installation

sorry I would like to install nordic on windows 10. Using windows power shell but it fails.

in pip 3 install west.

There is a newer guide that I have to follow ?

I would recommend that you follow the nRF Connect Getting Started guide to install the SDK and set up the toolchain.
I highly recommend making use of the Toolchain manager to install the SDK and setup the toolchain automatically. This is the best way to do so, instead of doing it manually.
If you want or need to install it manually, you can look at the Manual install instructions for information on how to do so.
