Hey ,

I am currently working on nordic Thingy 9160 . 

I was testing this UE and just wanted to know whether we can check the neighbour cell information somehow or not on this UE. if yes then how can we do it .

Have a look at our nRF9160: Multicell location sample found in nRF Connect SDK v1.7.0. If you are new to Thingy:91 and NCS, please have a look at the Working with Thingy:91 chapter as well. More documentation on multicell location is available in the nRF Cloud documentation
