Erratum 11838 does have some impact on BLE qualification, as a couple of LE tests were added to the Test Case Reference List (TCRL). This does not affect previous qualification.
Please note that Nordic devices and software are not affected by the related Bluetooth "KNOB" security vulnerability disclosed 14 August 2019. See e.g. KNOB Attack for BLE (nRF52840).
