Pre-compliance testing of 52840 and 9160, ie BLE, LTE, GPS - software support?

Hi Nordic!

We are gonna do pre-compliance testing of our custom board, with mounted nRF52840 and nRF9160 SICA B0.

We are looking for any software available from Nordic that can help these cases, or available commands or sample code etc. This must be something you have done already with your chips like MANY times.

LAB wants to do these tests

1) LTE (9160) - spurious emissions, Radio spurious emission for LTE,
* with test sim identity so it will connect to LAB communications tester CMW500 from R&S

- ANY NORDIC software to control LTE for lab spurious emission tests? AT-commands to use for this? samples? Internal code that can be made public?

2) nRF52 - Radio spurious emission for BLE (EN 300 328),
* possibility to set the sample in flowing mode.

* 1) TX with dummy payload, transmitting with a duty cycle of 95% or higher, max output power as intended to be used in production, transmitting at low channel
* 2) TX with dummy payload, transmitting with a duty cycle of 95% or higher, max output power as intended to be used in production, transmitting at mid channel
* 3) TX with dummy payload, transmitting with a duty cycle of 95% or higher, max output power as intended to be used in production, transmitting at high channel
* 4) RX only, No BLE becon no TX at all just RX part of the radio active. The rest of the electronics should be in non “sleep” mode.

- ANY NORDIC software to control BLE for lab spurious emission tests? AT-commands to use for this? samples? Internal code that can be made public?

3) nRF52 - conducted RF measurements on BLE. Sample should be equipped with following.
*  UART USB cable for DTM.

- DTM software available? We might have seen this in the SDK if I remember correctly. Not in Connect SDK as I've found. Tips?

4) nRF52 - BLE immunity tests - verification of BLE radio performance during immunity tests.
* Important is that the RX and TX path of the BLE radio is verified that it works at least one time per second.
* The longest test take 9h so it is good if the results from the analyze is saved with a timestamp so the data can be post-processed.
* There also need to be a timeout of a answer is not returned within 3s.

- Any software from Nordic available that can be of help to solve this test cases?

5) nRF9160 - active GPS receiver

*  position is monitored at least 1 per second. Position is compared to a reference position taken before the start of the test.
* The longest test take 9h so it is good if the results from the analyze is saved with a timestamp so the data can be post-processed.
* There also need to be a timeout of a answer is not returned within 3s.
* This sample could be the same as the one above for BLE check, then the position of the device is asked over the BLE link.
