Cable part number to connect nRD52840-dongle to nrf52840-DK

Can someone tell me the correct cable to connect the two boards together for debugging purposes. 

There seems to be two main options, but its not clear:

TC2050-IDC-NL-050-ALLTag-Connect, LLC

TC2050-IDC-NL-050Tag-Connect, LLC
