How can I start a discussion in the community forum?

What kind of browser are you using? Can you try using another one, and see if NEW button appears?

Interesting. I found when I logged in, there is no NEW button. If I logged out, there is one.

I am using chrome, and I found I cannot sign out. If I use Microsoft Edge, without log in, I can see the NEW button. If I log in, the button disappear. Is it a bug of your web site?
