ERROR With %XRFTEST command

I am testing the %XRFTEST Rx Test Command with the thingy91, with serial_lte_modem_2021-06-28_7a076c22.hex FW

and nRF Connect - LTE monitor software

I used the command AT%XRFTEST=0,1,20,8060,-65,0 for Reception Test and I had an answer from module

AT%XRFTEST=0,1,20,8060,-65,0

%XRFTEST: -27710

OK

then I used the command

AT%XRFTEST=0,1,20,8060,-85,0
and the module does not work with RF commands anymore
I tested CFUN command it seems to work but if I try to use some other RF command as %XRFTEST in Tx,
modules keeps showing an ERROR "Error: 'AT%XRFTEST=0,1,20,8060,-65,0 ' timed out"

So I must turn off the module to make it working again.
