Hi Support Team,

What's the UBM pad diameter of  nRF5340-CLAA?

BTW, any correlation between it and label 'b' in Mechanical specifications in PS?

Hi,

The UBM size is 140 µm. The label "b" in the PS is the solder ball diameter, which seats on the UBM. The UBM is not visible in the PS drawing.
