5340DK can't be recognized as Jlink

Hi Noridc,

I have a nRF5340DK, it has worked well for some months, and now it grows wrong.

When connect to the PC via USB, the device is not recongized as Jlink or any other device, and the programmer(nrf connect for PC) shows 'no devices available'.

The LED5 turn on to nromal brightness in about 1 second, not like good DK wihch will blink some times and keep on.

I have searched the devzone, and only found some topic about 52840DK, I have tried to power on the 5340DK with pressed the RESET button, nothing happened.

I think maybe the firmware of Jlink lose but I don't know how to fix it.

What can I do with this DK?

Could you tell me what OS are you trying this on? (Windows, Linux, Mac OS)

Windows10 64bit.

Are you using VSCode or SEGGER? is it not being detected there?

I use programmer(nRF Connect for desktop) and J-flash.

And the DK is not detected.

Hi Helen,

I am looking into it now. Is your device being recognized by your PC when you connect to the PC using USB cable? If yes, then did you try opening via VSCode or SEGGER? Is the device being detected there?
