Technically it is possible to combine that but you need to consider to see if there is enough memory for you to support DFU on central on that variant of nRF52.

Hi,

This is the size of the flash for the bootloader with BLE transport without the softdevice included in the size. I think you should be able to do a single bank update of the app for around 100k size with this bootloader included on this device.
