Damaged nRF9160-DK Options

Hello, 

The USB connector came apart from the nRF9160 development kit soon after a purchase was made from Symmetry Electronics. Would it be possible to have the board replaced at little to no additional cost?

Do you have a picture of the board which explains the situation? You could try contacting the Nordic Regional Sales Manager with this.
