Unmodulated carrier before Paket sends (nRF51422)

Hello Nordic Community, i have the following issue, im using a Nordic Nrf51422 in proprietary mode. On my RSA i can see that before the paket sending begis the radio sends something for 51 µs. Is it possible to switch this off? Best regard. D.Krush

This is the RF PA settling that you are observing. The PA is powered through the "VDD_PA" pin, and this is turned on after 80 us into the "settling period" of 130 us (some data rate modes has different timing, please see the PS).

This cannot be turned off.
