power supply for nrf52840 chips

I want to connect power pins on the nrf52840 chip in the schematic.

I find there several VDD pins, how can I select and connect them?

All VDD pins must be connected together externally. So just connect all to the same power supply.

Are all VSS pins connected also?

The same applies for the VSS pins. You must connect all of them to the ground plane, also the center pad
