nrf9160: SIM_1V8 is always 0V

Hello,

I experience some issues with NRF9160 and eSIM card. SIM_1V8 always output 0v and "AT%XSIM?" return "%XSIM: 0".

I want to know if there is prior software configuration to do in order to make it work ?

Fixed it was an hardware issue
