Shows  code RAM beginning at 0x0080 0000 but nRF52832 Engineering A Errata 33

"Code RAM is located at address 0x0800_0000".

Additionally 0x2100 1000 should be 0x2000 1000

Keenly spotted! You're right. This seems to have been part of the product specification for some time. I have forwarded this issue to our technical writers and this will likely be fixed in the next revision. Sorry that I didn't understand what column you were pointing to!
