nRF52832 Product Specification says Code RAM begins at 0080 0000 errata says 0800 0000

Shows  code RAM beginning at 0x0080 0000 but nRF52832 Engineering A Errata 33

"Code RAM is located at address 0x0800_0000".

Additionally 0x2100 1000 should be 0x2000 1000

Also perhaps something like a the attached figure segment for figure 5 memory map,
would provide a better understanding of Code RAM

Thank you for notifying us of this. Please note that this Errata document you're looking at is very old, and only applies to the nRF52832 Engineering A revisions, which are not production ready. We strongly recommend using revision 2 or newer of the nRF52832 for new designs. 

I can't guarantee that we will update the errata documentation, as it is not very relevant anymore (not at all for the newer revisions than Engineering A).

So where is code RAM actually ?

The memory map (section 8.3) in the latest revision of the product specification v1.7 for nRF52832 should have the correct locations of all memory data.

I believe there is a "typo" in the left column which shows 0x2100 1000 should be 0x2000 1000 ?
